Arrival & Check In (it depends of the timing of arrival we can have a morning Vinyasa class as well)
Brunch/Lunch
4 pm - 6 pm Sunset Sup Yoga
8 pm Dinner on the Terrace to celebrate.
Day 2:
7:30 am Light Breakfast.
9-12 am SupYoga & Meditation
12.30 pm Brunch/Lunch & Free Time
5:30-7 pm Sunset SkyYoga
7:30 pm Free time, suggested aperitivo at the Harbor & Dinner.
Day 3:
7.30 am light Breakfast.
9-11 am Myofascial class on the Terrace
11.30 am free time (suggested typical boat trip discovering the rocks & snack/lunch on your own)
4-7 pm Sunset SupYoga and aperitivo 8pm Dinner on the Terrace.
Day 4:
7.30 am light Breakfast.
9-3 pm Sup&Yoga daily trip around the island (brunch-lunch at the Harbor not included).
6.30-8 pm Yin Yoga class on the Terrace.
8.30 pm Dinner on the Terrace.
Day 5:
7.30 am light Breakfast
9-12 am SupYoga class
12.30 Free Time&Lunch
4-7 pm UpToTheHill Meditation & some AquaYoga experience
8 pm Preparing for Dinner together outside (not included) and celebrate Summer in Nightlife!
Day 6:
7.30 Light Breakfast
9-12 am SupYoga or Vinyasa class
